We are located right outside of the Senoia/Peachtree City area.
We are looking to hire an office administrator to help drive the day-to-day business functions of our pool construction department, assist with the administrative side of pre-installation, scheduling, permitting, and installation process.
This important role will work closely with the company owners and project managers to streamline customer service and business operations for this department.
Construction experience a plus! Job Requirement:
1-2 Years of office administration experience preferred Responsibilities Include:
Maintain a reliable office presence Answer phones, screen calls, record messages, and respond to inquires Schedule new customer appointments Cooperate and assist Construction Coordinator, Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Sales Representatives Accurate Record Keeping Work with Department Manager on data maintenance of Project Management Software Assist in the permitting process for all projects Document management and filing Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information Supports management by keeping office clean and organized, and maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere and attitude.
Performs billing and invoicing of clients Upholding J&M Core Values Preferred Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills A proactive mindset An understanding of the construction process or the project management field MUST be familiar with business programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite and QuickBooks Professional phone presence Strong organizational skills Customer service Scheduling Basic bookkeeping Pool Construction experience a plus!
