Responsibilities Maintaining vendors by adding new and updating existing Obtaining insurance certificates and W-9s Receive invoices and submit for approval to appropriate superintendents Entering invoices into Sage with correct job costing codes Reconcile vendor statements Prepare bi-weekly check runs for subcontractors Assist in other accounting functions Qualifications Preferred accounts payable or accounting experience Preferred knowledge of homebuilding processes Experience with Sage 100 Contractor a plus Organized, detail oriented and able to multitask Excellent verbal and written skills with willingness to assist vendors Benefits Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including:
