This full-time position qualifies for company paid AFLAC dental and accident supplemental insurance and paid vacation after minimum attendance requirements.
-Greeting customers and assisting them with loading and unloading plants, trees, shrubs, straw, other retail products like mulch.
-Watering plants and shrubs and flowers (hoses, sprinklers) -Loading/unloading/organizing plant inventory -Assist with garden chores/weeding or weed-eating/cutting grass -Organizing/unloading pallets for resale -Ensure a safe environment for staff and clients by adhering to safety and health regulations.
-Follow all business practices and rules and code of ethics.
-Must be able to stand for entire shifts must be able to lift 50 pounds min.
-1 hour lunch for safety and well-being -Willingness and ability to learn quickly must be willing to work well with other team members on common goals.
