EDUCATION:

POSITION
Responsibilities:
Visitor Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, including handling and directing calls, facilitating visitor arrivals, and managing the overall visitor experience.
Administrative Support:
Provide diverse administrative support to the Director of Human Resources, ensuring the utmost confidentiality.
This support may encompass tasks such as assisting with various reports, arranging travel, processing expense reports, and ordering lunch for meetings.
Event Coordination:
Take the lead in organizing and executing company events, including but not limited to Holiday Luncheons, Christmas Parties, and Golf Outings.
These events play a significant role in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Awards Management:
Manage and oversee the distribution of company awards, including service awards and birthday cards.
Recognizing employee achievements and milestones is a vital aspect of maintaining a motivated and engaged workforce.
Internal Communication:
Handle internal communication efforts, ensuring they are effectively conveyed through television displays, bulletin boards, and other relevant channels.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Undertake any other duties as assigned, contributing to the efficient operation of the HR department and the Winpak Films Business Unit.
These responsibilities collectively contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging work environment, supporting HR operations, and enhancing empoyee satisfaction and morale.
