This role collaborates with Jeff Lindsey Communities, Inc.
and Lindsey Marketing Group concerning content creation, campaign schedules, and subsequent performance results.
This position will be responsible for various administrative tasks including greeting visitors, answering phones, filing, organizing, and interacting with internal and external customers.

Position is in-person, on-site at the Jeff Lindsey Communities Design Center in Senoia, GA Full-time, Salary, Exempt Work schedule:

00 pm - Monday through Friday - Occasional evening and/or weekends Reports to Marketing Manager Job
Responsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative post comments Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML) Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach Various Marketing and Design Center tasks including greeting internal and external customers, answering phones, scheduling, filing, organizing, and general administrative duties Qualifications / Skills:
Passion for social media Proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns Willingness to learn and adapt Ability to deal with conflict as well as set and re-set expectations Great listening skills and creative problem-solving Demonstrates a sense of urgency and self-discipline Operates with a high level of integrity Must be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude Education and Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in marketing, communication, or related field 1
years' experience in digital marketing and social media Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
) Experience with Canva Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus Job Type:

Up to $55,000.
