Responsibilities:
Engages in daily communications with key production and customer service personnel in order to understand the needs and issues surrounding scheduling for any department.
Scheduling (sequencing and load leveling) of all Winpak Films work centers.
Daily posting and distribution of all charts and reports relating to scheduling, including backlog reporting.
Maintenance of all order copies and the proper organization of both scheduled and non-scheduled manufacturing orders in the electronic environment.
Prompt reporting and correction of all deviations from previous posted schedules.
Communicates the effects of any interruptions and insertions in the current production schedule.
Schedules orders consistent with established guidelines in a manner that optimizes productivity and minimizes waste.
Daily posting, review, & distribution of the Promise Date report.
Particular emphasis is placed on proper load management such that capacity is fully utilized, and deliveries are on time.
Active participant in the weekly scheduling meetings.
Other duties as assigned by the Scheduling Supervisor and/or Manager, Procurement and Logistics.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
1-2 years' experience in scheduling and inventory control / production control in an ERP environment is preferred.
AA preferred.
Education Required High School or better Preferred Associates or better Skills Preferred Self-Management Written Communication Behaviors Preferred Detail Oriented:
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
